Healing Arts Intensive is
- A 6 week group shamanic healing process through observing and creating visual art, writing, music and dance
- A life-changing experience of transformation and healing in small group, like-minded community
- Experience the power of focusing on a personal Transformational Goal
- Deep dive into both creating and observing art as a catalyst for your transformational intentions
- Learning and/or practicing Shamanic Journey meditation
- Find the archetypal energies/helping spirits who can help you achieve your personal intentions
- Intensive participants attend a specially created Sound Healing Ceremony performed by Life Force Arts Ensemble which channels healing energy from spirit guides.

Schedule for Healing Arts Intensive “Wise & Loving Ancestors & Nature Spirits”
All dates are Sundays from 3:30 – 5:30 PM. Attend in person or via Zoom
- November 3 – Orientation with Joan Forest Mage – Creation of each participant’s Intention (Transformational Goal) for the Intensive. Introduction to the LFAE Sound Healing Ceremony that the Group will be attending: its theme, spirit guides, Main Text, visuals/artwork, music and movement.
- **November 10** – Ask Your Spirit Guides – Shamanic Journeying & Divination with Joan Forest Mage – Shamanic journeying with the spirit guides of this Intensive. Self expressive writing, based in the featured artwork, on your Transformational Goal
- **November 17** – Lolo’s Mystic Visions Poetry Salon: Love Notes To & From the Ancestors – Gather with fellow lovers of literary art as we express our souls through creative writing to summon our wise and loving Ancestors of Heritage and the Nature Spirits of Place.
- **November 24** – LFAE Sound Healing Ceremony Wise & Loving Ancestors & Nature Spirits – Life Force Arts Ensemble (LFAE), the professional performing company of Life Force, presents dance, poetry, vocal and instrumental music in a Sound Healing Ceremony specially created for this Intensive to connect us to wise ancestors who loved and respected nature. The audience is invited to join us for a Shamanic Journey meditation.
- **December 8** – Art with the Ancestors: Nature Mandalas Shamanic Artmaking with Lorraine Moretti – We will connect to our wise and loving Ancestors and create art with them honoring Nature Spirits. Lorraine Moretti will lead us in shamanic meditation to create a nature mandala to help us feel rooted in our human and natural communities.
- December 15 – Closure – Participating in interdisciplinary arts and divination techniques to complete Transformational Goals and bring Closure to the Group. Each participant has the opportunity to reflect on and share the outcome of their experience and Transformation.
Intensive participants DO NOT perform in the LFAE performance, but they DO
- choose archetypal energies or helping spirits who the LFAE performers invoke to guide the performance
- create writing and poetry based on their Transformational Goals, which the LFAE performers may recite or sing during the performance
- learn the deeper meaning of the Featured Artwork from the LFAE art exhibit
NOTE: This is a 6 session process, so please check your calendar to make sure you can come to all six sessions. You can attend the Intensive in-person or via zoom.

Tuition Credit Policy for Healing Arts Intensives
There are no refunds for Healing Arts Intensives, but tuition credit for future Intensives may be issued as follows:
If you have paid for a Healing Arts Intensive, but you do not attend ANY of the sessions, you are given a tuition credit for the full amount of the Intensive which can be applied to any event at Life Force. This tuition credit must be used within one year from the date of the initial Intensive Orientation.
If you attend ONLY THE ORIENTATION session of the Intensive but none of the other sessions, you are given a tuition credit of half of the admission price you paid for the Intensive. This tuition credit can be applied to any event at Life Force. This tuition credit must be used within one year from the date of the initial Intensive Orientation.
If you attend two or more sessions of the Intensive, you do not receive a tuition credit, but the classes are recorded on zoom, and you receive access to the recordings.
