Come jam with us! Connect to your human community and spirit guides through our music circle at Life Force Shamanic Arts & Healing.
Shamanic practitioners and Life Force Arts Ensemble members Joan Forest Mage, Natalja Aicardi and Shaan Souliere lead this improvisational participatory music event. Bring your vocals, drums, guitars, flutes, violins, harps, rattles, tambourines, bells, sticks, body percussion, or just come to listen. We will be calling in our helpful spirit guides to make mustic with us!
Whatever instrument (including voice) you play, you are welcome! Percussion instruments will be available to borrow. For shamanic students and practitioners, this is a great way to do shamanic journeying through music!
Creating your own music, especially in group process, has been shown to alter human brainwaves to an elevated state, reduce stress, speed healing, and just be plain fun. Whether you have never sung or played music before, have been making music for years, or are somewhere in between, come join us for this open jam with the spirits.
